My 3 cups piece proved more challenging than anticipated. Whether I realized it or not, the way I was looking at the 3 cups was different every time I looked up I would view them differently. I am used to looking at a paper and copying a photo but real life is far more different because of the 3D component tends to continuously shift. This also made making the back ceramic piece difficult to draw because of it's rounded shape. These differences made me wary of tangents that may have occurred while the pencil was in my hand. The height of the bases, however, was one of the things that came easier to me because of my experience with drawing in the past. This also made adding dimension through shading easier. The orientation of my paper was verticle because of the height of the wine bottle and it made more sense. I am satisfied with the drawing overall since it was created with just a pencil and my finger for blending but I wish I was able to improve the ceramic piece.
